SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping: Pieces are shipped with USPS First Class Mail with Delivery to clients within 3 weeks.

Tracking: Information is sent via email once your item ships. (This can take up to 2 or 2.5 weeks)

HOW TO CLEAN

From time to time, your jewelry may become dirty from everyday wear. Hot weather and water will not damage the material. 

To clean your Suzi Soma and restore your chain's shine, let your chain soak for 15 minutes in warm water and mild soap. Take a textured wash cloth and use it scrub your chain. Rinse your chain, pat dry thoroughly, and let it hang to air dry for 30 minutes before storing your jewelry away.

NO TARNISH

All Suzi Soma pieces are crafted with quality materials. Chains and charms are made with 18k or 21K Gold-fill material.

Gold-filled does not de-laminate or peel like gold-plated products. Nor does it tarnish as readily as silver.

What is Gold-fill? Gold-filled is constructed in two or three layers. A gold alloy is bonded to one or both surfaces of a jewelers’ brass core with heat and pressure. Unlike gold-plated metals, Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight.

 

STORE CREDIT

In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted unlike it was faulty upon arrival.

In the unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, email hello@suzisoma.com. You have 30 days, from the date of purchase, for an exchange.

In the case of a faulty piece, SUZI SOMA reserves the right to repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit or refunded.

NO WARRANTY

SUZI SOMA jewelry is made from delicate, tarnish-free materials and will normally experience "wear and tear" over time.

SUZI SOMA holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some jewelry may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.
